Frequently asked questions

We're very versatile and aim to provide a service that suits the occasion. Our repertoire covers rock, pop and dance classics from the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s and up to the present day. We're able to tailor our sets in length and content so that your needs are met. Want to dance all night? No problem. Want to rock-out? No problem. Want to sing along to classics? No problem. Just specify what your preference is and we’ll design a set that works for you.
Given a bit of notice we can even learn specific tracks just for you if it makes your night go better. The more information you give us when you book the better we can meet your needs so tell us what you want!

It's entirely up to you! Common set lengths are 2 x 1 hour and 3 x 45 minute, but these are just a guide and we will do everything we can to accomodate your requirements.

Forty45 supply all audio visual equipment as part of the booking, our PA system can also be used to play CDs or MP3s before and after our sets - we can also supply a DJ if that's what you need. All you will need to supply is an area for us to perform in with a few power points - oh, and the guests!

Of couse! We are a very hard working band and although we specialise in private parties and functions we always try make time to play . Check out our upcoming gigs to find a gig near you. Depending on the venue, we often include some Live Band Karaoke as part of our sets, so you can even be part of the band for a song or two!

We fully understand that we are not party guests, and to that end, we will usually either leave the venue altogether until we are about to play, or hide ourselves quitely away in the corner.

We don't have a standard price list because we understand that every event is different. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be happy to provide a quote.
